This Monday, April 1st (yes, less than a week away!), we are gearing up for our third and final installment of the Saigon Soul pop-up series. Everyone is invited and to join us for an amazing Vietnamese-Soul Food Feast that will be held at Regalito Rosticeria (in the Mission district)

Monday’s menu will feature dishes we’ve developed and fine-tuned over the past few months. Highlights include: Rock Shrimp Fried Rice Cake with pickled beets, Southern-style fried chicken with Vietnamese Chao, and Sesame Mung Bean dessert with HOMEMADE apple butter
